Prices are correct at the time of your search. You will be notified of any changes to these prices when you confirm your booking. We reserve the right to increase the price after booking if any increase in price occurs in respect of – Changes in transportation costs, including fuel costs, taxes/fees chargeable for services such as taxes, port fees, airport fees, exchange rate fluctuations. This means that the price of your arrangements may change after you have booked. All mandatory taxes are collected before departure however some countries may charge a departure tax that is payable locally. You are advised to retain sufficient local currency to meet these charges.

Please contact us on 0208 802 1114 to make a change to your booking. An amendment charge of £50 will be applied for each change you make. Please note that any substantial changes to your booking may be treated as a cancellation of your original booking, in which case the cancellation charges shown below in “I need to cancel my booking“ section will apply. Changes to flight bookings are generally not possible, in most cases they will result in full cancellation of the flight content of your booking and a new booking will have to be made, subject to availability and current prices at that time.
Should you need to cancel your booking you must contact us in writing directly via post or email. As we incur costs from the time we accept your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply – More than 56 days before departure – loss of deposit (unless ticketed) Within 56 days of departure or when ticketed – 100% of the total cost Cancellation charges are based on the amount of time before your planned departure that we receive written notification of your intention to cancel.
When there is a minor change to the time of the flight, then we will email the new details to you and you can check-in with your original e-ticket. In the event of a big change we will contact you to advise and discuss all options that are available. Passengers check in online to confirm all the flight times within 24 hours prior to your flight via your chosen airlines website.
Refunds are generally processed within 6 to 8 weeks.
We normally send out all travel documentation no later than 4 weeks prior to departure provided that payment for your booking has been received in full. All airlines now operate Electronic Tickets so we will almost always email travel documents to you. In some instances normal post will be used. If you are travelling within 5 working days and have not received your travel documentation please contact us on 0208 802 1114.
We recommend that you contact your airline to reconfirm your outward and return flight times at least 24 hours before departure.
We recommend all our clients to check in online as this is an easier way to save queuing time at the airport. On arrival at the airport, passengers who have already checked in online only need to drop their baggage off in the appropriate area, before proceeding to security and customs. You can check in online using your airline booking reference via your Airlines travel website between 24 hours to 1 or 2 hours before your departure flight time.
Check-in time for international flights outside of Europe is normally at least 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. For flights to Europe, it is normally at least 2 hours prior to the flight departure time.
